Standard driver assistance features across the range include automatic LED headlights, lane-keeping alert, driver alert, pre-collision assist with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, and blind-spot information with cross-traffic alert. The ST trim is the sporty one and although it has the same 400-hp engine as the other top trims, it boasts sport-tuned suspension, paddle shifters, sporty interior trim with contrast stitching, and blacked-out exterior trim. Between these two, the Timberline is the off-road-focused model with special suspension and underbody protection, while the King Ranch is an ultra-luxurious model paying homage to the state of Texas. The Platinum adds features such as adaptive headlights, and Active Park Assist. Limited models feature leather seats with a driver's memory feature, a garage-door opener, and front parking sensors, while the King Ranch gets the 3.0-liter V6 engine, a leather-covered center console armrest, and reverse brake assist, amongst others. The XLT includes push-button start and heated front seats, and the ST-Line adds ST looks and the XLT's features with the base engine, in addition to features such as stain-resistant ActiveX upholstery, an upgraded 12-speaker audio system, and eight-way electrical adjustment for the passenger's seat. The base model features tri-zone electronic automatic temperature control with rear auxiliary climate controls, 4G LTE Wi-Fi connectivity, a six-speaker audio system, smartphone integration, keyless entry, and rear parking sensors. AWD is optional on all trims and standard only on the Timberline. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission. The Limited and Platinum also have access to the hybrid powertrain. The King Ranch and Platinum trims get a more powerful twin-turbo 3.0-liter engine with 400 hp. There are eight trims to choose from, with the base model, XLT, ST-Line, Limited, and Timberline all receiving a 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder powerplant producing 300 hp.
